Installation and commissioning

We offer our professional service for the installation and commissioning of our power supplies in higher power range. With commissioning also the introduction and training of operations personnel is included.

Repair & Maintenance

Preventive maintenance.
If your plants regularly inspected by our service team, which often prevents costly repairs, as errors or weaknesses can be detected early. After each service you will receive a comprehensive report that gives you an overview of the current technical state of your systems.

Preventive maintenance includes:

  • the complete test,
  • visual checks,
  • the examination of real and simulated fault reports,
  • to consider the fault-history
  • the full report with recommendations.

Battery Maintenance

During maintenance and inspection of your battery systems, the controlled discharge of the battery strings and an availability check of each battery cell can be carried out. For this maintenance we provide all necessary instruments and load equipment available. All measurements are stored and recorded in a report.

Product repairs and service

At the conclusion of an appropriate maintenance and service contract is provided by our emergency service around the clock support from an experienced engineer. Depending on your system, it is possible to set up a modem or Ethernet connection. This ensures direct access between your technology center and the facilities on site. Our skilled employees guarantee short response and maintenance times.

Technical advice

With years of experience in the field of power supplies we provide expert support and target driven in choosing appropriate power supply and power supply systems for the particular task.

When choosing the right power supplies for plasma excitation we offer product demonstrations and power measuring at customers side. In this way, always, the best performance for a given application can be determined.

Renovation and modernization of plasma nitriding systems

In collaboration with our partners on process and control technology, we offer our services for renovation and modernization your plasma nitriding plants to a Pulse Plasma nitriding systems with the a technology up to date. Often the existing DC power supply could be used and connected with the pulsing unit.

The key advantage is an inexpensive alternative to new Plasma nitriding plants.
